2) STANDARD SHIPPING

Most affordable. Delivered via the representative post office in each country. Price for one order can be marked for 15 dollars (with the exception of some countries) Due to a limitation of 2kg per shipment, your order may be divided into several shipments. DELIVERY TRACKING & CONFIRMATION INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped out the same business day when you order before 2PM AEST, but occasionally some are shipped out the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post. All parcels require a signature on delivery.

DELAYED / FAILED / RETURNED / LOST / DISCARDED DELIVERIES

We strive to do our very best to ensure safe shipping. However, due to various reasons, delays / failures / returns / lost / disposal of deliveries as well as other issues may occur.

Please contact the local post office and the customs of the according country first for issues regarding delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries due to encountered issues at customs processing.

For quick processing of issues regarding delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries due to inaccurate addresses or the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, please contact the local post office first.

In the case of delayed / failed / returned / lost / discarded deliveries, to ensure safe shipping and fast processing, we may make a few requests. Failure to cooperate may cause problems and liabilities will be attributable to the recipient.

For international shipping, delivery may be delayed due to certain circumstances. This is due to a matter of international logistics conditions and the responsible carrier so we apologize for the delay, but please be patient.

CUSTOMS AND TAX

All International orders are subject to customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These charges are determined by the country to which the package is shipped and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not KB2U. Some packages may be delayed as much as 4~5 weeks, depending on Customs. The signature may be required upon delivery. KB2U reserves the right to cancel any International order. Shipping charges, taxes, and other country's fees are non-refundable. In situations where you received no contact from your local post office about the package, we can arrange an equal partial re-shipment fee or refund for both sides.

RETURN POLICY

1) RETURN SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

We will pay the delivery charge about the return only If we request a return. (Example : When we have to check the condition of damaged item, when we have to get the product that was wrongly delivered). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply to you. Provide us with specific reasons through KB2U After checking the reasons, please return the package by using normal international registered mail only if the return is possible. Your money will be back to your PayPal account in 3 days from the arrival of your returned products.

2) CANCEL / CHANGE / REFUND ORDER

After the confirmation of your order, Cancel / Change / Refund is only possible before the product is shipped from the company. After it is delivered, it’s impossible to Cancel / Change / Refund. Also, we can't help you Cancel / Change / Refund your order if the products used. For this case, you can Cancel / Change / Refund only by contacting KB2U within a week. Extra cost will be your responsibility. Please frequently check the status of your packages.
